About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, creative professional to join our events team — someone equally comfortable behind a camera brief, a design tool, and a vendor negotiation. This role is built for a person who thinks visually and executes practically: you'll shape how our events look on social media, how they're pitched to clients on paper, and how they come alive on the ground through custom stalls and engagement zones. It's a role for someone who wants creative range, not a single lane.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and drive social media content for corporate events, weddings, and luxury events — coordinating on-ground with photographers, videographers, and social media managers for real-time and post-event content, and maintaining a consistent content calendar across platforms
- Design client-facing wedding presentations and concept decks — mood boards, décor themes, and visual pitches that translate a client's brief into something they can see and approve
- Source, negotiate, and procure for DIY stalls and personal engagement zones at events (photo booths, live art corners, interactive installations), coordinating vendors and on-site setup timelines within budget and event schedule
- Act as the connecting thread between the creative vision for an event and its physical, visual, and digital execution — briefing vendors, aligning timelines, and ensuring every touchpoint (online and on-ground) reflects the same creative standard
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media management, ideally with some event industry exposure
- A strong visual/creative sense, with working knowledge of presentation or design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar)
- Comfort with vendor coordination or procurement
- Willingness to work on-ground at live events (evenings/weekends as per event schedules)
- Ability to move between different kinds of creative work — content, design, and logistics — within the same week
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
