Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Grades 4–5 following the Cambridge curriculum.
- Plan and implement interactive, inquiry-based, and differentiated lesson plans.
- Foster logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking among students.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain student progress records, assessment reports, and portfolios.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning activities into classroom instruction.
- Support students with varied learning abilities through differentiated teaching strategies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, Parent-Teacher Meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge/IGCSE or International School.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Smart Boards, Google Classroom, MS Office, and other digital learning platforms.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
