Job Title: Operations Executive/ Associate- Wealth Management
Job Role: We are looking for an Operations Executive / Associate to manage day to-day operational activities across Mutual Funds, BSE transactions, KYC and client servicing. The role will involve accurate transaction processing, query resolution, documentation, reconciliation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Mutual Fund operations, including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs and related transactions.
- Process and monitor BSE transactions and orders accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage KYC activities, including new KYC, modifications, CKYC, FATCA and KYC status verification.
- Coordinate client onboarding, account opening and documentation requirements.
- Handle and resolve client and internal operational queries related to Mutual Funds, BSE transactions, KYC, account opening, transaction status and documentation.
- Coordinate with AMCs, BSE, RTAs and other external partners to investigate and resolve transaction-related queries within defined TATs.
- Track pending queries, transaction issues and rejections and ensure timely closure through effective follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions, forms, documents and operational activities.
- Conduct regular reconciliation and verification of transactions and client data.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports for management.
- Support the Relationship Management and Advisory teams with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and transactions are processed in accordance with internal processes, compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify operational discrepancies and escalate critical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions and queries.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds, BSE transactions and KYC processes.
- Hands-on experience with BSE Star MF / MF transaction platforms will be preferred.
- Knowledge of CKYC, FATCA, client onboarding and transaction documentation.
- Strong query resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, queries and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in Wealth Management, PMS, Mutual Funds, Broking or Financial Services will be an advantage.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- NISM / AMFI or other relevant financial market certifications will be an added advantage.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm (Employees working on Sundays are eligible for a comp off)
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
