Leadership and team-management skills. Strong communication and customer-handling ability. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Experience in financial services, chitty/chit fund, NBFC, microfinance or related sectors is preferred. Ability to manage field and branch operations effectively. Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems.
