To give attention to patient on desk and answer all his questions to their satisfaction.
To follow the orders given by the O.P.D in charge
To attend to the phone call for the OPD appointment
OPD billing of all category of patients
Map data required for Quality Indicators for OPD
Collecting, handing & reconsiliation over the cash to the accounts dept.
Daily Reporting to the O.P.D. In charge
Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital.
Participation in mock drills
Scanning & Loading of bills
