The Role
As the VP of Strategy & Investor Relations, you will shape Stashfin’s long-term corporate narrative, drive ecosystem expansion, and orchestrate capital markets activity. We need an investment banking or private equity professional who is "fintech native"—someone who can translate credit infrastructure, unit economics, and tech-driven scalability into premium valuation and institutional capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate & Ecosystem Strategy: Formulate long-term growth roadmaps, evaluating market expansion, asset-backed security (ABS) strategies, co-lending partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
- Capital Markets & Fundraising: Orchestrate end-to-end execution of equity and structural debt rounds. Craft institutional-grade investment theses, dynamic financial models, and strategic narratives.
- Investor Relations & Positioning: Manage relationships with tier-1 global VCs, debt funds, and banks. Serve as the primary strategic voice, translating complex transactional data into high-impact performance updates.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Embed with Product, Risk, and Growth teams to optimize unit economics, capital allocation efficiency, and product-market expansion.
Qualifications
- Background: 8–12 years of experience in top-tier Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a Strategy/Corporate Development role within a hyper-growth fintech.
- Fintech & Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of digital lending ecosystems, asset quality metrics (GNPA/NNPA), regulatory architectures, and tech-enabled margin expansion.
- Analytical Mastery: Exceptional financial modelling and valuation skills. Ability to pressure-test business models under diverse macroeconomic scenarios.
- Pedigree: MBA, master’s in finance/economics, or Engineering degree from a premier institute (IIT/IIM/ISB or global equivalent) is highly preferred.
