About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Account Handler to manage multiple social media accounts, coordinate content execution, and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, trend-aware, and capable of handling client communications professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for timely content delivery.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track account performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Communicate with clients regarding content approvals and account updates.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
