Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Developer skilled in Tenrox (time tracking and resource management) and Broadcom Clarity (Project and Portfolio Management) platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting customizations and integrations of Tenrox and Clarity applications aligned with business needs. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and ensure data accuracy and reliability in project management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms.
Customize and configure Tenrox and Clarity modules to support resource management, time tracking, project planning, financials, and portfolio management.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.

Ability to design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, SSRS, or BI tools
