Customer Relationship Executive:
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Respond to customer queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and coordinating between the company and clients.
- Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty initiatives based on feedback and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
- Monitor customer data, gather feedback, and prepare reports on satisfaction and performance metrics.
