Role Overview: We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive with an MBA in HR and prior experience in recruitment or HR operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring for various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle the complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing to onboarding
✅ Post job descriptions on various portals and do screening
✅ Schedule interviews with manager and ensure timely closures
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
