Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Follow up with leads and support sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Any undergraduate or graduate student can apply.
