Architect (4+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling architectural design, interior design, technical documentation, project execution, and site coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Create interior design layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for design presentations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction and interior execution, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Resolve site issues by providing practical design and technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, maintain quality control, and ensure timely completion of works.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, construction techniques, and building regulations.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD – Expert
- SketchUp – Proficient
- Rendering Software (V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion) – Preferred
- Microsoft Excel – BOQ and project documentation
- Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, and project execution.
- Experience in preparing working drawings, BOQs, and site supervision is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to independently manage projects from design development through execution.
