Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, Production Engineering or equivalent.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department for our Plastic Injection Moulding operations. The candidate should have extensive experience in automotive/home appliance plastic components and be capable of managing customer quality requirements, audits, process quality, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
- Manage Incoming, In-Process, Final Inspection and Customer Quality.
- Handle Customer Complaints and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
- Ensure compliance with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and FMEA requirements.
- Prepare and maintain all quality documents and customer submissions.
- Lead Internal Audits, Process Audits and Customer Audits.
- Monitor Rejection, Rework, PPM and Customer Satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, PPC, Maintenance, Purchase and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
- Develop and train the Quality team.
- Drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality MIS Reports.
Mandatory Requirement (Must Have)
- Candidate must have worked with LG Electronics or an LG-approved Vendor/Supplier in Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Hands-on experience in LG Quality Standards, Customer Audits, PPAP, APQP, Process Quality, Customer Complaint Handling and CAPA is mandatory.
- Candidates without LG Electronics or LG Vendor experience will not be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Quality Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
- Good understanding of Engineering Drawings & GD&T.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Software.
- Mandatory Requirement (Must Have)
- Only candidates having experience with LG Electronics or an authorized LG Vendor in the Plastic Injection Moulding Industry are eligible to apply.
- Hands-on experience in LG Quality Systems, Customer Audit Handling, PPAP Documentation, Process Quality, and Injection Moulding Quality Management is mandatory.
- Candidates without LG experience are requested not to apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
