Petrol Station Manager – Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily petrol station operations.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor fuel and store inventory.
- Handle cash, sales, and daily reporting.
- Maintain safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee equipment and facility maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Control costs and improve sales performance.
- Ensure the station is clean, efficient, and profitable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
