Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manpower Sourcing Officer to support our recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing Tamil and Hindi-speaking operators, helpers, and production manpower for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment activities.
Recruit Tamil and Hindi-speaking operators, helpers, and skilled/semi-skilled workers.
Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates until joining and maintain recruitment records.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing manpower requirements.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs on time.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or manpower sourcing.
Ability to communicate in Tamil and Hindi.
Good sourcing, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.

हम अपनी भर्ती गतिविधियों को समर्थन देने के लिए एक ऊर्जावान और परिणाम-उन्मुख मैनपावर सोर्सिंग ऑफिसर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार विभिन्न उद्योगों के लिए तमिल और हिंदी भाषी ऑपरेटरों, हेल्परों और उत्पादन कर्मचारियों की भर्ती एवं सोर्सिंग के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां: जॉब पोर्टल, सोशल मीडिया, रेफरेंस और फील्ड भर्ती गतिविधियों के माध्यम से उम्मीदवारों की सोर्सिंग करना। तमिल और हिंदी भाषी ऑपरेटरों, हेल्परों तथा कुशल/अर्ध-कुशल कर्मचारियों की भर्ती करना। प्रारंभिक स्क्रीनिंग करना और इंटरव्यू शेड्यूल का समन्वय करना। उम्मीदवारों के जॉइन होने तक फॉलो-अप करना और भर्ती रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना। निरंतर मैनपावर आवश्यकताओं के लिए मजबूत उम्मीदवार डेटाबेस तैयार करना और बनाए रखना। समय पर मैनपावर आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए एचआर और हायरिंग मैनेजरों के साथ समन्वय करना। आवश्यकताएं: भर्ती या मैनपावर सोर्सिंग में 1–2 वर्षों का अनुभव। तमिल और हिंदी में संवाद करने की क्षमता। अच्छी सोर्सिंग, नेगोशिएशन और उम्मीदवार फॉलो-अप कौशल। जॉब पोर्टल और सोशल मीडिया भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं का ज्ञान।
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
