*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning
* Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
* Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities on every call
* Address customer objections with empathy and close sales effectively
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,100.00 per month
