- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare salary statements and payroll reports.
- Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of contributions.
- Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, PF, and ESIC.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll MIS reports.
- Maintain confidential employee information and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR records.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate environments is preferred.
