We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Luxury Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of a premium mixed-use development comprising a luxury residential township, Japanese fine-dining restaurant, and rooftop restaurant/lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative luxury design concepts from ideation to execution.
- Create sophisticated interiors that reflect premium lifestyle and hospitality standards.
- Prepare mood boards, space planning, material selections, and detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration of aesthetics, functionality, and guest/resident experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end residential projects, luxury restaurants, and hospitality interiors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and F&B projects, preferably including Japanese-themed and rooftop dining spaces.
- Expertise in space planning, material selection, lighting design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools and presentation software.
- Strong understanding of luxury design trends, craftsmanship and premium finishes.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of experience in luxury interior design.
- Experience delivering large-scale township or mixed-use developments.
