We are looking for a motivated Research Intern to support research projects through data collection, market analysis and field visits. The role combines desk research with on-ground activities to gather real-world insights and contribute to research reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis
- Conduct primary and secondary research on assigned topics.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides.
On-Ground Activities
- Conduct field visits for surveys, observations, and data collection.
- Interact with customers, vendors, community members, and other stakeholders to gather insights.
- Support execution of research projects and pilot programs at field locations.
- Coordinate with local partners and teams during on-ground activities.
- Document field observations through notes, photographs, and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of field data.
Coordination & Support
- Maintain research databases and project records.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate findings and improve research outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct on-ground research.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
