We are Looking for a Experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) manages lead qualification, conducts site visits, and handles customer queries to drive sales conversions.
Office Location - Peelamedu , Coimbatore
They typically operate in pre-sales or customer service, maintaining CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and fostering client loyalty through effective communication. Key skills include, but are not limited to, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Often 2–7 years in sales, pre-sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably in the Tele sales sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction over phone and email.
- Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Pre-Sales/Telecalling: Focuses on lead generation and qualification.
- Attributes: Energetic, detail-oriented, and patient, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Qualification: Respond to inbound inquiries (digital leads, portal, referrals) and make outbound calls to qualify potential buyers.
- Site Visit Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and often accompany clients on site visits to project locations.
- Sales Support: Work with the sales team to follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads to site visits and closures.
- Customer Service: Address queries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Follow up with customers for necessary documentation and maintain engagement until site visit completion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
