We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer cum Project Manager cum Billing Engineer to handle end-to-end execution of civil and interior projects, especially CPWD and Government Projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, billing, contractor coordination, quantity verification, and ensuring compliance with CPWD standards, specifications, and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, managerial, and billing expertise with hands-on experience in government project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage complete execution of civil and interior projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and progress tracking reports.
Site Execution & Supervision:
- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and interior works at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and CPWD norms.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Ensure proper safety practices and compliance standards.
Billing & Estimation:
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Client Bills, Contractor Bills, and Final Bills.
- Perform quantity estimation, measurement verification, and BOQ preparation.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimations as per CPWD standards.
- Handle billing documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for smooth processing.
Government & CPWD Project Handling:
- Thorough understanding of CPWD specifications, DSR, tendering, billing, and documentation procedures.
- Experience in handling Government Projects, departmental coordination, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of contract management, work orders, tender documents, and project documentation.
- Ensure project execution aligns with government standards and contractual obligations.
Procurement & Coordination:
- Coordinate material procurement and site logistics.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), billing records, measurements, and project documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and MIS updates for management.
- Maintain proper records of approvals, invoices, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction, interior, CPWD, and Government Projects.
- Strong knowledge of CPWD specifications, DSR, tendering, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, institutional, or government infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and billing/estimation software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
