TELECALLER Responsibilities
(Interior Design/Real Estate)
Lead Management
Call all new inbound leads within 5 minutes of inquiry
Log every call outcome in the CRM (interested / not interested / callback / no answer)
Follow up on cold/warm leads via scheduled callbacks
Maintain daily call targets (80–120 calls/day)
Qualification
Identify buyer type — end-user or investor
Understand budget, preferred location, BHK requirement, and timeline
Filter out unserious leads and prioritise hot prospects
Check if lead is loan-eligible or self-funded
Appointment Setting
Book site visits or video call consultations for the sales executive
Send WhatsApp confirmations with project brochure + location pin
Remind prospects 1 day and 2 hours before the site visit
Database & Follow-up
Maintain a daily follow-up list — never let a lead go cold
Send WhatsApp messages, project updates, and price alerts to warm leads
Reactivate old leads during festive seasons or new launches
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
