Marketing Manager
Marketing is all about understanding people and building brand awareness around it on how our
services are of value to a particular target audience. The professional develops and executes
marketing campaigns while managing and leading a team of marketing professionals. Marketing
involves strategizing for both short-term and long-term goals and strives to meet the deadlines
to meet the company’s changing needs.
Job Description:
1. Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences and develop marketing plans with
specific objectives across different segments and platforms.
2. Lead the execution of content calendar from start to finish, leveraging internal support
and driving cross-departmental collaboration
3. Analyze customer behavior, market trends and customer insights to determine the
direction of marketing activities to address the market requirements
4. Create, maintain and conduct analytics reports across multiple platforms and extract key
insights for future campaign development and go-to market strategies and
recommendation on tactics to be followed to capture attention in the market.
5. Research and implement lead nurturing tactics to increase the quality of leads
generated.
6. Help develop creative briefs and provide direction to all public-facing contents intended
to represent the company in the market through print, digital and video assets
7. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and
customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all
channel
8. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget
guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales
support
9. Gather market insights from previous and existing campaigns to prepare out-reach
strategies, increase customer conversion rate and increase lead generation (no. of
quality leads over quantity).
10. Identify impact and effectiveness of current marketing activities with tracking and
analysis and optimize ads accordingly.
11. Communicate with senior management on content strategies, promotional activities and
budgets required for monthly marketing activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
