Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to manage and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in employee career development.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compensation-related matters.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
- Provide strategic support for talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
