Job Summary
Infinity Infoway Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in telecalling and customer support, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while generating leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Explain the company's ERP products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with interested prospects.
- Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Preferred).
- HSC/Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
