Job Summary: As a Senior Architect, you will lead architectural projects, providing expertise in design, planning, and construction. You will be responsible for overseeing the architectural team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of project drawings from conception to completion. Your role will involve creative design development, technical expertise, team leadership, and client engagement. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Design Leadership: Lead architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design objectives, budgetary constraints, and deadlines. Provide creative and strategic input throughout all project phases, from initial planning to construction administration. 2. Technical Expertise: Proficient in design software, compliance with local codes, and sustainable design principles. 3. Design Development: Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Utilize architectural software and tools to create detailed drawings, renderings and presentations. 4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, provide mentorship and direction. 5. Team Management: Supervise Jr. Architects and designing teams, including architects and designers. Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support to the team. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. 6. Documentation and Compliance: Study of all the drawings related to the new projects with verification of all measurements. Prepare accurate drawings and ensure compliance with regulations. 7. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations. Present design proposals, progress updates, and project deliverables to clients, addressing feedback and concerns in a timely manner. 8. Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective design solutions. Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and allocating resources accordingly. 9. Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables, drawings, and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Implement quality control measures to mitigate risks and maintain project quality throughout all phases. 10. Presentation and Communication: Deliver compelling presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders when required.
11. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and design. Participate in professional development activities, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance skills and expertise. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 2. Licensed Architect with proven years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management. 3. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. 4. Strong design sensibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 6. Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams. 7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 8. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. 9. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Working Conditions: 1. Full-time position, in an office environment. 2. May require occasional overtime. 3.
