Job Summary:
Goel Marble House is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through both in-office coordination and mandatory field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers
- Conduct mandatory outside client visits to construction sites, offices, and project locations
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client servicing
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain a database of clients and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in marble, tiles, or construction industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly (field work is mandatory)
- Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals independently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
