We are a rapidly growing Australian bubble tea brand expanding across India. As we establish new stores and franchise locations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Marketing Assistant to support both business expansion projects and marketing initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating store openings, supplier communication, marketing campaigns, social media activities, and administrative projects.
Position Summary
The Project & Marketing Assistant will provide support across two critical functions:
Project Coordination
Supporting store development, supplier coordination, project tracking, and new store openings.
Marketing Support
Managing social media content, creative design, agency coordination, and local store marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and creativity and wants exposure to multiple areas of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
Store Opening Projects
- Assist with coordination of new store openings and fit-out projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deadlines
- Follow up with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Maintain project trackers and status reports
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and installation schedules
- Support documentation required for store launches
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, logistics providers, and external vendors
- Track purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and project expenses
- Follow up on project deliverables and timelines
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project updates
- Support franchise and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain project files and business documentation
- Assist management with day-to-day coordination activities
Marketing & Brand Support
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Create and schedule content aligned with marketing calendars
- Monitor social media engagement and customer interactions
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop
- Create posters, flyers, menus, social media creatives, and digital advertisements
- Edit photos and videos for marketing use
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines
Agency & Media Coordination
- Coordinate with external media agencies, photographers, videographers, and influencers
- Assist with campaign execution and content production
- Track agency deliverables and timelines
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotional events
Store Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing materials for stores
- Support grand openings and promotional activities
- Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time to stores and franchise partners
Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or administrative roles
- Experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries
- Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or related field
