* BIM Models - Develop, manage & maintain BIM Models as per project requirements, client standards & BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Coordination - Coordinate with Architects , Structural consultants & MEP Team. Perform Clash detection using tools like Navisworks & track/ resolution of clashes with relevant stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance - Ensure model Quality, accuracy & compliance with BIM standards. LOD requirements & Naming conventions. Prepare & review GFC/ Construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules & model based documentation from REVIT models.
* Audits - Support model Audits, quality checks & model hygiene to maintain consistency across project deliverables.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
