Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their project management needs, and design solutions leveraging Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Design and implement integrations using Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with other business systems and platforms.

Customize Workfront forms, dashboards, templates, reports, and portfolios to meet specific business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to provide effective solutions.

Analyze and optimize existing workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving overall efficiency.

Stay updated with new features and best practices in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workfront and Fusion integrations, addressing any technical or operational issues.

Document solutions, workflows, and processes for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience working with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Ability to design, develop, and manage Workfront workflows, templates, forms, and reports.

Strong experience with API integrations and system automation using Workfront Fusion.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience using Workfront as a project management tool.

Workfront Certification or Workfront Fusion Certification is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and adapt to different tasks as needed.

Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide teams.

Minimum 2 years of experience.
