Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have raised service cancellation or disconnection requests.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to retain them.
- Coordinate with Technical, Billing, and Operations teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
- Educate customers about available plans, offers, value-added services, and solar solutions.
- Identify opportunities for plan upgrades, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective actions to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly retention reports.
