To Supervise and control the line feeding and material handling operations for-four wheeler automobile manufacturing plant , ensuring the right material is delivered to the right time and in the right quantity,while maintaining safety,quality,productivity and delivery standards.
- Line Feeding & Material Management.
- Supervise day-to-day Line Feeding operations for production lines.
- Ensure right material, right quantity, right location and right time.
- Coordinate with production, stores, warehouse, ppc and quality teams.
- Monitor material movement from store to the production line.
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid line stoppage.
- Maintain FIFO practice wherever applicable.
- Ensure empty bins/trolleys are removed from production areas on time.
- Control material flow as per production plan and yakt time.
- Allocate manpower for line feeding,picking,loading/unloading and material movement.
- Monitor attendance,deployment and productivity of team members.
- Prepare Shiftwise manpower deployment plansMonitor discipline,punctulity and work performance.
- Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate production/material requirements.
- Monitor operations throughout the shift.
- Ensure proper shift handover between outgoing and incoming teams.
- Maintain shift-wise operational reports.Escalate critical shortages or operational issues immediately.
- Ensure smooth operations during shift changes and production model changes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
