Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting suitable courses, provide career advice, assist in admissions, and support them throughout their training journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and job opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & email queries.
- Explain institute courses, training modules, fees, and admission procedures.
- Assist students in selecting the right program based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain daily enquiry reports, follow-up sheets, and admission data.
- Support in planning seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with placement, academic, and marketing teams when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Good communication and counselling skills (Hindi & English).
- Pleasant personality and confident interaction style.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
