Key Responsibilities
- Handle service calls, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate engineers, technicians, vendors, and client requirements
- Track complaints from logging to closure and maintain reports
- Manage material and PO tracking with purchase/store teams
- Support troubleshooting and on-site breakdown resolution
- Ensure PPM execution and maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate multiple sites across Delhi NCR
- Prepare service reports and handle client communication
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
