Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to manage business inquiries received through IndiaMART and ExportersIndia, convert leads into customers, and develop new B2B business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, customer visits, quotations, negotiations, order closures, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads from IndiaMART and ExportersIndia.
- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Qualify customer requirements and prepare quotations.
- Conduct field visits to prospective customers and industrial clients.
- Generate new B2B customers through market visits and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects until order closure.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and exporters.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily activity reports and weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART and ExportersIndia inquiries.
- Ability to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in chemical, cosmetic, soap, FMCG, or industrial products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
