Finance & Accounts Internship Program for College Students
Objective
To equip students with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in financial management, accounting practices, and corporate finance operations, preparing them for careers in finance and business administration.
Training Modules
- Accounting Fundamentals: Bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis: Ratio analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Corporate Finance: Cash flow management, working capital, and investment basics.
- Taxation & Compliance: Introduction to GST, TDS, and corporate tax filing.
- ERP & Accounting Tools: Exposure to Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books.
- E-commerce Finance: Payment gateways, revenue tracking, and marketplace settlements.
Practical Experience
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Conduct financial research and present findings to the team.
- Help create and edit financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions on cost optimization.
- Work on live projects involving budgeting and financial planning.
- Support senior staff with administrative or project-based work.
