Job Summary
The Clicker India is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and offerings professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
