JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for the topline and brand profitability

Execution of HCP (healthcare professional) promotion / BTL consumer activation / Digital activation / Trade promotion

Formulation of marketing strategies, Communication development for both Consumers and Healthcare practitioners.

Building strong Marketing programs to engage consumers/ HCPs effectively. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.

Responsible to drive NEW identified avenue of growth for maternal nutrition brand and build consumer engagement platform for entire infant & maternal nutrition portfolio

Managing the Creative agencies - Medical and consumer to develop brand communication

Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers / Healthcare Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPs

Build relationships into Key Opinion Leaders / influencers in identified Nutrition areas, and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.

Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with Cross Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skill, Education, Experience

MBA Marketing from reputed Institute.

Worked in Consumer Marketing function and having prior marketing experience in implementing marketing mix through medical detailing team. Total desirable experience of 5-6 years in marketing

Worked with healthcare/ nutrition categories. Combination of OTC and HCP driven medical marketing experience will be an added advantage
-
New Product launch experience will be an advantage
-
Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.

Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
