Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries from parents through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
- Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with school management regarding admission targets and enrollment updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Assist in organizing admission drives, school events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of parent queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in admissions counseling, education counseling, telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, or front-office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
- Ability to achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Must be residing within a 5–8 km radius of Aya Nagar, New Delhi for easy commuting and availability.
