Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be proactive, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the Manager to achieve operational goals.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure quality standards and workplace safety are maintained.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Train and guide new employees as required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and resources.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
