We are looking for a Business Process & Digital Transformation Analyst who can help transform the organisation from a people-dependent and informal working environment into a structured, process-driven and data-led organisation.
The person will be responsible for creating, documenting, digitising and implementing company-wide processes, along with building Item Masters, Product Masters, SOPs, workflows, KPIs and management dashboards.
This is a hands-on implementation role, not just a reporting or data-analysis position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Item Master & Product Master
- Create complete Item Master and Product Master structures.
- Develop SKU, coding, categorisation and naming systems.
- Create BOM structures and product data standards.
- Establish data governance and master-data accuracy.
- Build systems to prevent duplication and incorrect data.
2. Process Creation & Documentation
- Map existing company processes across Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Stores, Quality, Packing, Dispatch, Installation, Billing and Collections.
- Identify gaps, duplication, delays and process bottlenecks.
- Design standardised workflows and approval systems.
- Create SOPs, checklists, forms, TATs and responsibility matrices.
- Convert informal knowledge and working habits into documented processes.
3. Digital Transformation
- Convert manual processes into digital workflows.
- Implement digital forms, approvals, task management and data-capture systems.
- Integrate processes with ERP, CRM, Inventory and other business software.
- Reduce dependency on WhatsApp, verbal instructions and disconnected Excel files.
- Ensure every important activity generates a traceable digital record.
4. Process Implementation & Daily Discipline
- Implement processes department by department.
- Train employees and ensure adoption.
- Establish daily operating routines and checklists.
- Track process compliance on a daily basis.
- Identify deviations and ensure corrective action.
- Build processes into everyday working habits and company culture.
5. Productivity & Performance Dashboards
Create dashboards to measure:
- Activity vs Productivity
- Tasks Assigned vs Completed
- Planned vs Actual TAT
- Employee Productivity
- Department Productivity
- Pending & Ageing Activities
- Process Compliance
- Sales Pipeline
- Procurement & Production Status
- Inventory Movement
- Dispatch & Installation Status
- Billing & Collections
- Errors, Rework & Delays
6. MIS & Management Reporting
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly MIS.
- Create management dashboards and department-level dashboards.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics.
- Convert operational data into actionable management insights.
- Create a single source of truth for business information.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular process audits.
- Identify root causes of operational problems.
- Improve productivity and turnaround time.
- Eliminate unnecessary processes and duplication.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma principles where applicable.
- Continuously improve and update SOPs and workflows.

Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Management, IT or related field.
Experience:
3–7 years in Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, ERP/CRM Implementation, Operations Analytics or Process Excellence.
Technical Skills
