Job Title: Property Consultant
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and willing to travel for property visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate deals and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain property listings and client records.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or any sales profile.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
