Role and responsibilities
* Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the site.
* Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
* Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
* Prepare and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
* Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for workers.
* Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
* Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
* Coordinate with site management to resolve safety issues promptly.
* Maintain safety records, permits, registers, and inspection reports.
* Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory authorities during inspections.
Pay: ₹20,597.95 - ₹30,320.69 per month
