Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and versatile professional to manage finance, operations, HR coordination, and administrative functions across India and offshore operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting and operational management skills with hands-on experience in handling onsite–offshore coordination, process management, and business support activities.
The role requires practical exposure to accounting software such as Zoho Books and employee management platforms like Zoho People, along with the ability to independently manage cross-functional responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and operational activities.
· Handle invoicing, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, expense tracking, and MIS reporting.
· Support statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll coordination.
· Coordinate with India and offshore teams for smooth operational execution and reporting.
· Maintain operational records, employee documentation, and process-related reports.
· Support onboarding, HR coordination, attendance, and employee-related operational activities through Zoho People.
· Work closely with management, auditors, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
· Assist in process improvement, workflow coordination, and operational planning initiatives.
· Ensure timely completion of operational, financial, and administrative activities.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of accounting, operations, and business coordination.
· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho People.
· Exposure to onsite–offshore operational coordination.
· Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, and ESI processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting.
· Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
Qualification
· Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, or related field.
· Prior experience in finance and operations management preferred. 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
