Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Sales Incentives (Up to ₹5,000)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days per week (1 Weekly Off)
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with billing and store operations when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and customer service
- Basic knowledge of retail sales is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
