Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in B2B IT Product Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer Outreach, and Sales Development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth initiatives for our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target industries and identify potential business customers.
- Build, manage, and maintain databases of prospects using online research tools and professional networking platforms.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up activities to engage potential customers.
- Make introductory calls to prospective customers to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for product demonstrations and sales discussions.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for lead assignments, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Update prospect information, interactions, and activity status in CRM systems and Excel trackers.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and sales pipeline progress.
- Support market research activities to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to achieving business development and revenue generation targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and internet research.
- Confidence in interacting with business professionals through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Basic understanding of B2B Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, or IT Products/SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in Product Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales, or IT Solutions will be preferred.
