Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Renewals Executive to manage subscription renewals for our SaaS-based services. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely renewals, minimizing churn, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer support and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end renewal process for existing SaaS customers.
● Connect with customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings regarding subscription renewals.
● Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention.
● Follow up with customers before subscription expiry dates.
● Address customer concerns and coordinate with support/sales teams for resolution.
● Negotiate renewal terms wherever required.
● Maintain accurate renewal records and update CRM systems regularly.
● Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during renewal discussions.
● Ensure achievement of monthly renewal and retention targets. Required Skills:
● Good verbal and written English communication skills.
● Basic understanding of SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
● Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
● Customer handling and relationship management abilities.
● Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, Retention, SaaS Sales, or Support profile.
● Graduate preferred.
● Stable internet connection and personal laptop/system required for WFH setup. Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Target-oriented and customer-centric approach.
● Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
● Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Working Days & Shift:
● 6 Days Working

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
