We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the IT sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate business through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Email Marketing. This role is a great opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in business development within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid, and acquire projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other online portals.
- Assist in lead generation through email marketing and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to deliver solutions.
- Prepare and send business proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain sales reports and track performance against targets.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the IT sector, software development, or digital solutions.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar freelance portals.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
