Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Manager – Solar to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, experience in B2B sales, and be willing to travel across Kerala to meet clients and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote and sell solar solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales (solar industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Kerala.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the solar market and customer acquisition.
- Salary: As per company standards (based on experience).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
