Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and support the organization’s accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related functions, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of Sales invoices, Delivery challan, e-way bill and managing accounts receivables
- Creation of purchase order, making purchase entries and managing accounts payable
- Identifying of TDS transactions and making TDS challan payments
- Periodical reconciliation of bank statements
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing
- Other MIS reports as required by management
- Working Knowledge in Tally/Zoho books/ Auto boom preferably
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-3years of experience in Finance and accounts, with proven experience in team handling.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
o GST Filing & Compliance
o TDS Calculation & Payments
o Working Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books & AutoBoom
o Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
o Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Educational Qualifications: MBA in Finance.
- Additional Qualifications: Certification in finance & accounting or relevant areas is a plus.
- Candidate should be an immediate joiner
